How Emotional Intelligence Impacts Inclusion

We will reflect on how our capacity to understand, manage, and leverage emotions positively increases our ability to communicate and connect with others–whether elevating marginalized voices or influencing power-holding group members.

This is an interactive and introspective session. Participants should be prepared to discuss in small groups of 2-4 persons.

Intended Audience: DEI advocates who want to more effectively include and empower others, and actively influence those around them to become more inclusive.
