Her talents include assessing where organizations are along their path toward inclusion and prescribing interventions that positively affect organizational culture.  Emily volunteers as the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Chair for Pacific Northwest Swimming that serves over 6,000 young athletes in the Seattle area.
