   Marvin Jones is a military veteran whose distinguished career culminates key leadership roles while serving in the Navy and Air Force. As Base Commander of the military installation that houses the world-renowned Walter Reed National Military Medical Center and the White House Medical Unit, he led the delivery of comprehensive installation support services for over 17,000 employees, patients, patrons and daily visitors while enabling mission success for 43 tenant organizations situated on the base. Marvin has over 18 years’ experience as a DEI practitioner and served as the Chief Diversity Officer for the Navy Medicine enterprise, conducting DEI training and assessments that has directly impacted 45,000+ military and civilian healthcare professionals stationed around the globe..
