Marvin is a seasoned facilitator, trainer, strategist, and consultant with over 11 years’ experience in the field. He has conducted DEI seminars and workshops for 45,000 people around the globe and is a former Base Commander of Naval Support Activity Bethesda, home of Walter Reed National Military Medical Center.​

Kaig has been presenting and providing trainings on gender identity and  LGBTQIA+ awareness since 2006. Through a mix of personal storytelling, humor, and interactive educational sessions Kaig untangles the complicated web of transgender, cisgender, and other gender identities.  Kaig is an adjunct faculty member at Portland State University.

A first-generation Latina named one of 23 Business Leaders to Watch in 2019 by the Portland Business Journal, Cinthia is a skilled  multicultural marketing strategist and DEI expert. Cinthia has worked with Fortune 500s, start-ups, and nonprofits since 2001. In 2019, Cinthia presented a TedX talk about mentorships.

She is widely recognized for her skillful use and interpretation of data and translating it into actionable insights.

She has watched the movement to build inclusionary cultures in organizations gain strength. At the beginning of 2022 she became DEI certified in the "Workplace" to mark the transition

Research Director

With extensive experience in how people interact with each other and their environments, Dr. Quash’s quantitative and qualitative research focuses on the intersectionality of race, gender, class, and one’s historical relationship with their settings.

Dane is a primary contributor to the Human-Centered Inclusive Design project. Prior to DEI, Dane spent twenty years in the corporate world.
